Atlas Agent

Slack MCP server integration

Map Slack users to Atlas roles, surface consent prompts, and stream tracker alerts in-channel.

Slack remains the back office for many brokerages. Atlas exposes MCP tools to Slack so teams can request comps, view provenance, and approve scopes where they already work.

Authentication + mapping

Map Slack user IDs to Atlas identities via SCIM or manual sync. Store workspace_id and role claims in the bot token.

Slash commands + modals

Use slash commands like /atlas comps to collect inputs, then call the MCP server. Present consent prompts in Slack modals.

Alerts + budgets

Send tracker soft alerts (80% budget) to ops channels. Include quick actions to add credit or pause a tool.

  • soft at 80%
  • hard at 100% with admin override
  • spike on throttle/error/latency
